Tompkins County Clerk'8 Office in Book 482 of Deeds at Page 212;
thence running north 6 53' east and along the easterly line of said
church parcel 435 feet to a pips marking the northeasterly corner
thereof; thence running north 7 00' east 60 feet to a point in the
easterly line of Lot #35 shown on the map hereinafter referred to;
thence running on a curve clockwise and along the northeasterly
line of said Lot #35 46.36 feet on the circumference of a circle
having a radius of 50 feet; thence continuing on .a curve clockwise
and on the circumference of the said circle, and along the easterly
line of a lot on the map hereinafter referreg1� ],Rg.l nown as Lot #36

line of said Burleigh Drive to the pipe marking the point or place of
beginning, said distance being 60.30 feet.
It is intended hereby to convey the premises shown as
"Concord Place" as more particularly shown on a map known as "Plat of
Williamsburg Park Subdivision Section No. 5 Plan "C" Village of Cayugi
Heights & Town of Ithaca" made by R. L. MacDowell, Jr., under date of
December 2, 1975, a copy of which was filed in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office December 31, 1975, and shows all angles given in
accordance with magnetic north 1969.

It is intended to convey and include in this instrument any
and all water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, culverts or other
improvements of any kind in or under said parcel.
Being a portion of the same premises conveyed to Otto B. .
Schoenfeld by deed of Emily F. Cornell Stagg dated December 11, 1948,
and recorded in said Clerk's Office December 29, 1948, in Book 316
of Deeds at Page 480.
This conveyance is also made and accepted subject to Rights
of Way to the New York State Electric and Gas Corporation recorded in
Book 419 of Deeds at Page 12 and 419 of Deeds at Page'13 as they may
affect the above described premisese
