THOSE TRACTS OR PARCELS OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca,
Tompkins County, New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning
at a concrete monument at the northeast corner of Block 7, Lot 5, as
shown on a map entitled "BOUNDARY'& LOT DATA MAP - EASTERN HEIGHTS SUB
DIVISION - SECTION 2t° made by John S. MacNeill, Jr., licensed surveyor
dated May 7, 1968 as revised, a copy of which was filed in the Tompkin
County Clerk's Office on March 19, 1969 in Map Liber F-7 at Page 35;
said lot being also known as8.138 as designated on the tax maps of
the Town of Ithaca; thence southeasterly 60 feet, more or less, to a
concrete monument in the west line of Block 6, Lot 4; thence south
9® 49' west, 68.05 feet to a southwest corner of said Block 6, Lot 4,
being also a southwest corner of lands for a town park conveyed con-
currently herewith by Kings Lane Company to the Town of Ithaca; thence
south 82° 02' east, 175.09 feet to the southeast corner of said Block
6, Lot 4; thence south 7° 58' west, 759.5 feet, more or less, to a
south line of grantor's premises, being also the south line of Block 5
thence north 81° 51' west, 409.70 feet along the south line of Block 5
to a southwest corner of grantor's premises as shown on said map;
thence north 9* 49' east, 733.98 feet along the west lines of Blocks
5 and 7 to the northwest corner of Block 7, Lot 6 (tax map parcel no.
8.137), being also the southwest corner of Block 7, Lot 5; thence
southeasterly 150.02 feet along the south line of said Block 7, Lot 5
to the southeast corner thereof; thence north 9° 49' east 102.06 feet
along the east line of Block 7, Lot 5 to the point of beginning.
Being a part of the premises described in a deed to Kings Lane Company
from Eastern Heights, Inc. dated July 1, 1974 and recorded in the
Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 531 of Deeds at Page 44, on
August 27, 1974.
Subject to utility rights of way and easements of record; the pro-
tective covenants which shall run with the land set forth in an in-
strument dated March 25, 1969 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in
Liber 480 of Deeds at Page 375,

depose and say that he resides at Ithaca, New York,
that he is a general partner of KINGS LANE COMPANY,
the partnership described in and which executed the foregoing
instrument, that he was fully authorized by said partnership
to execute said instrument, that he executed said instrument
and such execution was on behalf of saiLartnership.
