northerly on a slight -curve to the right along the east line of Block 6
Lot 4, to the southwest corner of Block 6, Lot 3 (tax map no. 8.128);
thence south 80° 55' 43" east 165.83 feet along the north line of
Block 6, Lot 4, to the northeast corner thereof, being also the south-
east corner of Block 6, Lot 3; thence north 07° 58' east, 100 feet
along the easterly line of Block 6, Lot 3 to the northeast corner
thereof, being also the southwest corner of Block 6, Lot 1; thence
south 82° 02' east, 150 feet along the south line of said Block 6, Lot
�to the west line of Sky Vue Road; thence north 07° 58' east along the
west line of Sky Vue Road, being also the east line of Block 6, Lot 1,

Block 4, Lot 4; thence south 07° 58' west, 1,005.48 feet, being along
the east line of the premises owned by the grantor herein and the west
line of premises owned by Arthur A. Prince, and being also the town
line between the Town of Ithaca and the Town of Dryden, to a monument
at the southeast corner of a parcel designated "park" as shown on said
map; thence north 81° 51' west, 360 feet along the south line of Block
5 as shown on said map; thence north 07° 58' east, 759.6 feet to the
southeast corner of Block 6, Lot 4; thence north 82° 02' west, 175.09
feet to the southwest corner of Block 6, Lot 4; thence north 090 49'
east, 68.05 feet to the point of beginning.
Being a part of the premises described in a deed to Kings Lane Company
from Eastern Heights, Inc. dated July 1, 1974 and recorded in the Tomp-
kins County Clerk's Office in Liber 531 of Deeds at Page 44 on August
27, 1974.
