principal office at Williamsburg
Park, Ithaca, New York,
a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, and
OTTO B. SCHOENFELD, of
P.O. Box #1, Ithaca,
New York, parties of the first part, and
TOWN OF ITHACA, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of
the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, with its
principal office at 126 East -Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York, and
VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the County of Tompkins and State of New York, with its
principal office at 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, New York, each for that
portion within their respective boundaries,

paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their successors and assigns forever, all
THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Village of Cayuga Heights
in part and in part in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York,
more particularly bounded and described as shown on a map, running from
the southwesterly corner of Lot #102 Burleigh Drive as shown on a map
made by Thomas G. Miller, Engineer and Surveyor, under date of October
7, 1969 entitled "Williamsburg Park Subdivision No. 4 Burleigh Drive
Development, Village of Cayuga Heights & Town of Ithaca", a copy of
which was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office December 10, 1969,
said premises having been conveyed to LaGrand E. Chase Co., Inc. by dee
dated December 31, 1974 and recorded in said Clerk's Office on the same'
date in Book 539 of Deeds at page 33; said premises being for a sanitary
sewer easement and as shown on said map running from the southwesterly
corner of said premises with a width of 20 feet and along the westerly
line of said Lot #102 Burleigh Drive as conveyed to LaGrand E. Chase Co.,
Inc. by the deed hereinabove referred to and continuing along the west-
erly line of Lot #102 Cambridge Place on the survey hereinafter referrer
to (Williamsburg Park Subdivision Section No. 5 Plan "C") and continuinc
along the westerly line of Lot #106 Cambridge Place and thence along th(
southerly line and on Lot #110 Cambridge Place, continuing across a
proposed street shown on said map as Cambridge Place, and continuing al(
the southerly line of Lot #111 Cambridge Place and the southerly line o:
Lot #106 Lexington Drive, into the proposed highway on said survey show)
as Lexington Drive and running thence northerly and easterly in Lexing-
ton Drive 10 feet on either side of the existing sanitary sewer as shows
on said map, and thence continuing easterly with a width of 30 feet
along the northerly line of premises labeled on said map as "Site of
Mormon Church" to the westerly line of a proposed street shown on said
map as Concord Place, and continuing easterly across Concord Place ,
the southerly line of said easement running northeasterly to the north-
westerly corner of Lot #105 Concord Place and thence along the southerl
line of Lot #109 Concord Place and the southerly line of Lot #179
Lexington Drive to the westerly line of Lexington Drive conveyed to the
Town of Ithaca by deed dated January 12, 1976.
All of said sanitary sewer easement is shown on a survey
entitled "Plat of Williamsburg Park Subdivision Section No. 5 Plan "C"
Village of Cayuga Heights & Town of Ithaca", dated December 2, 1975, a
copy of which was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office December
31, 1975 in Vault Drawer No. 6.

Being a portion of the same premises conveyed by Otto B.
Schoenfeld to LaGrand E. Chase Co., Inc. by deed recorded in the Tomp-
kins County Clerk's Office in Book 548 of Deeds at page 583, and a
portion of the premises conveyed to Otto B. Schoenfeld by deed of Emily
F. Cornell Stagg dated December 11, 1948 and recorded in said Clerk's
Office December 29, 1948 in Book 316 of Deeds at page 410.
It is intended hereby to convey and include in this
instrument any and all sewer lines, drainage pipes, culverts or other
improvements of any kind in or under said easement.
