SUBDIVISION OF THE TOWN OF ITHACA, COUNTY OF TOMPKINS
AND STATE OF NEW YORK, with its principal office at
126 East Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the part y of the second part, do es hereby grant and release unto the
part y of the second part, its successors and assigns
an4-as if" forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town
of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, and being shown on
the map hereinafter referred to as an extension northwesterly of Sandra
Place in said Town, 62.5 feet in width at its southeasterly extremity,.
at its intersection with Sandra Place, and 60 feet in width at its in-
tersection with southeasterly line of Burleigh Drive in said Town, con-
veyed to the Town of Ithaca, by deed dated and recorded December 10,
1969 in Book 485 of Deeds at page 185.
Sandra Place was conveyed to the Town of Ithacaes part of the con-
veyance of Winthrop Drive, said deed having been dated August. 17, 1965
and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office September 14, 1965
in Book 458 of Deeds at page 977. The map referred to in the last
above mentioned deed was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office
under date of September 29, 1965 in Map Book F-5 at page 91.
There is hereby quit claimed, all of the right, title and interest
of the party of the first part, in and to those portions of Lots #24..
and #25 on the map hereinabove referred to as is necessary to convey
the fee to the municipality herein to that portion lying between the
northerly extremity of the turn -around circle of Sandra Place, and the
northerly line of said Lots #24 and #25, being the southeasterly ex-
tremity
xtremity of the "extension" of Sandra Place northwesterly. On the map
hereinabove referred to, said distance is shown as 40 feet on Lot #24
measured from its northwesterly corner, and 40 feet on Lot #25 measured
from its northeasterly corner. A reservation of said highway rights
was made in the conveyance of Lots #24 and #25.
Being a portion of the same premises conveyed to Otto B. Schoenfeld
by deed of Emily F. Cornell Stagg dated December 11, 1948 and recorded
in said Clerk's Office December 29, 1948 in Book 316 of Deeds at page
410.

- There is also included in this conveyance any and all water lines,
sewer lines, drainage pipes, culverts or other improvements of any kin
in, over or under the said parcel hereby conveyed.
The parcel hereby conveyed is shown on the map entitled "Williams
burg Park Subdivision No. 4, Burleigh Drive Development, Village of
Cayuga Heights and Town of Ithaca, dated September 10, 1969, filed in
the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on December 10, 1969, a photocopy ,
of a portion of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
By accepting this conveyance, the Town does not assume any obliga-
tion
bli ation to construct a public highway on said parcel nor is the use of
this parc—el by the Town restricted to highway purposes.

Shirb. That, in Compliance with See. 13 of the Lien Law, the grantor will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
