and assigns forever,all THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town
of Ithaca, County of Tompkins, New York more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING in the center line of Five Mile Drive at a point
approximately 165 feet north-northeasterly along center line from
the southeast corner of the premises bgtconveyed*and from the
northerly line of the former Ada Buchan property, running thence
westerly on a line parallel to and 163 feet northerly from the afore-
said 'Buchan property line a total distance of approximately 536 feet !
to the east line of premises now or formerly of Fidler (395 Deeds,
Page 48) ; continuing thence in the same direction and through
part
of the aforesaid Fidler parcel a distance of approximately 64 feet,
which point is 560 feet + north 830 27' 4911 west from the west line of
Five Mile Drive; thence north V 32' 11" east a distance of 35 feet
+; thence westerly 86 feet + to the east line Of-Military Lot 81;
hence northerly along said—east line 65 feet +; thence easterly 84
feet + and continuing easterly 50 feet + to a point; thence south
60 32r 11" west 50 feet + to a point; thence south 830 27' 49." east 52 L�
feet + to the west line of Five Mile Drive passing in part along the
south line of a parcel designated excepted parcel I in the deed from
Arthur A. Prince to Ha4g and White (508 Deeds, 210) ; thence continuing
in the same direction approximately 35 feet to the center line of
Five Mile Drive; thence south south-west along Five Mile Drive approx-
imately 52 feet to the point or place of beginning.
SBeing a portion of the premises conveyed to Arthur A. Prince by
deed of Enos A. Pyle, dated July 6, 1956, recorded in the Tompkins
County Clerk's Office in Book 389 of Deeds at page 362.

runs westerly from Five Mile Drive along the north side of Fidler
Road.
2. An easement granted to the New York State Electric & Gas
Corporation dated December 6, 1974 recorded in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office in Liber 539 of Deeds at page 142, for an underground
gas pipe line along the southerly side of Fidler Road.
