The water main and appurtenances (or any other facilities) constructed on said premises shaIremain the prop-
erty
aoPerty of and shall be under the control and supervision of the GRANTEE and such other municnlities as may be
associated in the Project,but the GRANTOR (1) reserves the underlying fee title to said prperty covered by
said right-of-way,subject to the rights and privileges herein granted to the GRANTEE,and (Y GRANTOR m
serves the right to use and enjoy said premises provided that such use shall not interfere withhe coostructiom {
maintenance,operation or repair of,or cause injury or damage to, the water main or other bilitia or appw-

Page 1 of this nument over that parcel of land, situate in
the Town and Village of Lansing, Tompkins County, Now York,
being a parcel 35 feet in width more particularly shove on

dated February 25, 1975, re-drawn February 25, 1975, revised
February 27, 1975, a copy of which is attached hereto and bounded
substantially as followss Beginning in the east line of North •

Bush Farm (which north line is also the south line of Gordon E.
Selden's lands, 248 Deeds at page 310)1 thence east 3S feet/

the Town and Village of Lansing, Tompkins County of New York,
being a parcel 35 feet in width, and 695 feet more or less in
length and being more particularly shown on EASEMENT MAP NO. S1
for Water Transmission Main over Lands of F. Bush Estate n
the Village of Lansing made by Lozier Engineers and T. G.
Miller dated February 27, 1975, a copy of which is filed
concurrently herewith and substantially described as followss
BQ,nded on the north by lands of Jane C. Bush (Tax Parcel
44-1-37), on the south by Bush Lane, on the west by the east
line of North Triphammer Road and on the east by a line 35 feet •
east from and parallel to said east line.
