Town, being the strip of land shown on the subdivision map of
Anthony f. Leonardo lands made by R. L. MacDowell, Jr., Licensed
Surveyor, dated August 28, 1973, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the we-st9of New York State Route 96
commonly known as Danby Road 121.75 feet north from its point of
intersection with the south line of premises of the grantors herein;
thence north 83 degrees 08 minutes west a total distance of 445 feet
to a point, said course at 130 feet passing through an iron pipe
{ at 260 feet passing through another iron pipe, and at 390 feet
passing through another iron pipe; thence northeasterly and apt right
angles to the last described course 60 feet to a point; thence south
83 degrees 08 minutes east parallel to the last described course z`
to an Iran pipe in the west line of said New York State Route 96B;
thence southerly along the west line of said State Highway 60 feet
or more to the point or place of beginning.
Being a part of the same premises conveyed to the grantors :j,
herein by deed dated October 8, 1943 and recorded October ll, 1943 in
the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 269 of Deeds at page 34.
The above described premises is to be used for highway purposes
only and is to be known as Sesame Street.
The above referred to map, approved by the Planning Board of
the Town of Ithaca, on the 11th day of September, 1973, (as to Lots
1;2,3"and 4 only) and by the Tompkins County Health Department on the

This conveyance hasbbeen accepted by the Town of Ithaca on the
representation of the seller that the grantors are the sole owners of
the above parcel and that they have a good and marketable title to
convey to the Town of Ithaca.
The Northwest corner and Southwest corner of the above parcel
are located by iron pipes. The total distance of the northerly
boundary for is 427.80 feet.
