The conveyed premises, known as "Vera Circle" Road are more particularly
described in a map entitled "Stage IV, Drew Park Subdivision", made by John A.
Dougherty, L.S. under date of September 24, 1972, last revised December 3, 1972,
which said map was approved by the•Tompkins County Health Department and the.Town of
a „Ithaca Planning Board on December 27, 1972 and a copy thereof duly filed in the
I Tompkins County Clerk's Office December 28, 1972.
_ This conveyance is made SUBJECT TO right of way for communication lines
given to the New York Telephone Company by instrument dated December 150 19661
recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 466 of Deeds at Page 690.
