and assiona forever, all THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND shown as St.
Catherine's Circle and Blackstone Avenue on the map entitled "Prelim-
inary Plot Plan Proposed Subdivision of Arthur A. Prince" , Hanshaw
Road Vicinity, Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, made by
John S. MacNeill, Jr. on January 20, 1969, revised March 5, 1969
and March 12, 1969, and approved by the Planning Board of the Town
of Ithaca on August 24, 1971, filed concurrently herewith.
There is included in this conveyance such portions of said lands
as may have been previously conveyed to the Town of Ithaca for
road purposes.
The southerly portion thereof (most of which has been previously
conveyed to the Town of Ithaca for road purposes) is known as Black
stone Avenue.
The circular portion of the said road is known as St. Catherine's
Circle, and this includes also the northerly extension as shown on
said map which runs from the northerly portion of said St. Catherine's
Circle, northerly, to Christopher Lane (or Christopher Circle
Extension as shown on said map) , which was previously conveyed to the
Town of Ithaca.

improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
