ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF IAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins
County, New York, and being a part of Military Lot No. 64 in said town, consisting
t of the public-highway known as DREW ROAD, more particularly bounded and described

` BEGINNING at a point in the east line of Sheffield Road which is 1264.7
g feet N 70 E from the center line of the Poole Road and is the southwest corner of
Ipremises conveyed to Keith M. Hermann and wife by deed of the Grantor and his
• deceased wife, dated September 18, 1953 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's
Office in Liber 362 of Deeds at page 135; running thence S 81° 33' E (in earlier
deeds described as S 840 E), along the south line of Hermann and said line extended
328 Peet to a point which is 317 feet S 7° W from the south line of premises of
Madeline Drake at the northeast corner of a parcel conveyed by the Grantor and his
deceased wife to Joseph E. Burun and wife by deed dated May 26, 1956, recorded in
said Clerk's Office in Liber 387 of Deeds at page 430; continuing thence S 81 33 E
` along the south line of Lots 25, 24, 23 and 22 as shown on Map hereinafter referred
to and 317 feet S 7° E from said Drake's south line, 820 feet to the west line of
Woodgate Lane, as conveyed to the Grantee byy the Grantor by deed dated June 24, 1971,
recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 49t+ of deeds at page 214 ; running thence
S 70 W along the west line of Woodgate Lane, 60 feet to a point; running thence N 81° }.
'W, parallel with the first course and 60 feet southerly therefrom, along the north
dine ois lots 28p 27 and 26, 820 feet to the northwest corner of Lot No. 26; continuing
thence N 81 33 W, 333.3 feet to the east line of Sheffield Road; running thence
northerly along,the east line of Sheffield Road 60 feet to the place of beginning. ;
SUBJECT TO the following utility rights of way and easements insofar as
they affect the conveyed premises:
(a) To New York State Electric & Gas Corp., dated September 16, 1946,
recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office December 26, 1946 in Liber 295 of
Deeds at Page 348; and

The aforesaid premises are conveyed for ROAD PURPOSES ONLY, and are more
particularly shown as an east west "Proposed-Road" on a map entitled, "Stage III,
Preliminary Plan of Portion of Drew Park Subdivision%, made by John A. Dougherty
under date of April 7, 1968, last amended May 16, 1970, approved by the Tompkins
County Health Department, May 18, 1970 qnd by the Town of,Ithaca Planning Board,
Mny 19, 19701 a copy of which.was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office April
12, 1971. ar.
The aforesaid premises extending from Sheffield Road'to Woodgate Lane is
to be knowii as "DREW ROAD"
• The conveyed premises are a part of the premises conveyed to the Grantor
and his wife, 'Vera C. Drew, by deed of LaMont Fish, .dated December 1,1927, and
recorded.in said Clerk's Office'in Liber 213 of deeds at page 222. Vera C. Drew '
• died August. 1967, leaving the Grantor as sole surviving Tenant by the Entirety.

fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the dost of the improvement and will apply the.
