j Town, constituting a portion of WOODGATE LANE in said town, more particularly bounde

Beginning at a point which is the northwest corner of that portion of
Wocdgate Lane conveyed by the Grantor to the Grantee by deed dated November 13,
11)68, recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's.Office in Liber 479 at Page 117, which
= said point of beginning is 737.8 feet N 70 E along the west line of Woodgate.Lane
from the center line of the,Poole Road; running thence N 7° E 812.4 feet to an iron
pipe set in'the'north line of the Grantor's lands (it being also the south line of
lands of Madeline Drake); running thence S 810 33' E, along the south line of lands
of said Drake, 60 feet to an iron pipe; running thence S 70 W, parallel with the
first course and 60 feet easterly therefrom, 834.1 feet to the northeast corner
of the portion of Wogdgate Lane so previously conveyed; running.thence N 62° 55'
W along the north line of said Woodgate Lane portion previously conveyed, 62 feet
to the place of beginning.

SUBJECT TO,the following utility rights of way and easements insofar as j
they affect the conveyed premises:
(a) To New York Telephone Company, dated December 15, 1966, recorded in
said Clerk's Office December 21, 1966, in Liber 466 of Deeds:.at Page .890; and
(b) To New York Telephone Company, dated August 8, 1967, recorded in
\1 said Clerk's Office September 14, 1967, in Liber 471 of Deeds at Page 669; and
(c) An easement for electric distribution lines given by the Grantorand
his deceased wife to.the New York State Electric & Gas,Corporation by instrument
i dated November 13, 1957, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 404 of Deeds at
Page 3.
The aforesaid premises are conveyed for ROAD,PURPOSES ONLY, and'are more ti
particularly shown on a map$ entitled "Stage III Plan of Portion of Drew Park Sub
division", made by John A. Dougherty,under date of April 7, 1908, last amended May ,
16, 19709 approved by the Tompkins County Health Department May 18, 1970.-and by the
Town of Ithaca planning Board May 19, 1970, a copy of which was filed in Tompkins
County C1erk's'Office April 12,,1971. .The premises hereby conveyed constitute the .
northerly extension of Woodgate Lane, which road in its entirety is to be known as
WOODGATE LANE.
The conveyed premises are a part of the premises conveyed to the Grantor
and his wife, Vera C. Drew, by deed of'LaMont Fish, dated December 1, 1927, and
recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 213 of Deeds at Page 222. Vera C. Drew ,
died August 17, 1967, leaving the Grantor as sole surviving Tenant by the Entirety.
By tbr: acceptance of this deed, the Town of Ithaca surrenders to the
Grantor and his•assigns.all its interest in a circular parcel having a radius of
60 feet at the northerly terminus of the portion of Woodgate Lane so previously
conveyed (479/117) and at'the southerly end of the premises hereby conveyed.
