and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe at the southeast w
terminus of Brandywine Road; running thence southerlylong the easterly
line of that portion of Christopher Lane which was conveyed to the Town
of Ithaca by Otto B., Schoenfeld and Arthur A. Prince b' deed dated

southerly along the easterly line of said porton of Christopher Laie
conveyed as aforesaid 50.05 feet to an iron pie (said course referred
