THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in Military lot #91 in
the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State ,of New York and being
the parcel shown as a street and cul de sac which street and cul de
sat is a southerly extension of Tareyton Drive (381 Deeds 337) as more
specifically set forth and described on a map entitled "FINAL SUB-
DIVISION MAP OF BERGER PROPERTY ON EXTENSION OF TAREYTON DRIVE SOUTH
TOWN OF ITHACA, TOMPKINS COUNTY, NEW YORK" made by Thomas G. Miller,
Engineer and Surveyor, dated August 10, 1968, amended April 8. 1969
r and May 10, 1969, approved by the Town of Ithaca Planning Board on
May 13, 1969, a copy of which was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's
Office on May 14, 1969 in Book 7 of Maps at page 24.d. Said street
is 50 feet wide and runs southerly to the turn around which has a
radius of 50 feet.

The parcel herein being conveyed is to be used as a public
street in connection with the extension of Tareyton Drive. ;!
Being a portion of the premises described in the first
parcel of a deed from Richard T. Layton to the grantor herein, dated
May 27, 1969 and recorded July 7, 1969 16 said Clerk's office in Liber
482 of Deeds at page 242 and being all of the premises described in
the second parcel in the aforesaid deed from Layton to the grantor �.
herein.
