Morris by deed dated June 17, 1957 and recorded on the I same day in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber. 397 of Deeds at page 511. j This conveyance is'made for highway purposes. There is also conveyed herewith an easement 5-feet in width ad- joining the south line of Maplewood Drive from the northwest corner of Lot No. 50 on the above described map to its intersection with the west line of Pinewood Place and a similar easement 5 feet in width adjoining the west line of Pinewood Place from the southeast corner of Lot No. 55 on said map to the southeast corner of the intersection of Pinewood Place and Maplewood Drive and a similar easement 5 feet in width ad- joinin; Pinewood Place on the west from the northwest corner of the ;{ intersection of Maplewood Drive and Pinewood Place to the northeast cor- ner of Lot No. 43 on said map. Said easement shall be for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining and replacing a sidewalk over said several strips of land. No agreement on the part of the grantee to con E struct said sidewalk is to be implied from the acceptance of this deed by the grantee. There is also conveyed herewith a temporary easement 5 feet in width adjoining the above described permanent easement on the property side thereof for use during the period of construction of said sidewalk and to terminate upon the completion thereof.
