Lot #89, said pipe marking the southwesterly extremity of said road as
conveyed by Otto B. Schoenfeld to the ;own of Ithaca by deed dated Nov-
ember 7, 1968= thence running north 80 13' west approximately 555 fee
z to its intersection with the westerly line of Lot #74 shown on the
Williamsburg Park Sub-division #3 map hereinafter referred to; thence
running westerly, 50 feet, more or less, on a slight curve to the left
to its intersection with the southwesterly line of Lot #73 on said map?

of a turn-around circle ha%Lng a radius of 50 feet and thence on a curve
to the right to the point of intersection of said curve with the

East approximately 620 feet tothe intersection of said course with
the easterly l ne of Brandywine Road extended southerly 50 feety thence

of said Brandywine Roady thence running North about 80 13' west 60

+ This grant is given for road purposes only,together with the
sewer and water mains.
! The northerly portion of said above described premises are
a portion of the property conveyedto Otto B. Schoenfeld by deed of
., Emily F. Cornell Stagg dated December 1, 1948 recorded in said Clerk's
F Office in Book 316 of Deeds at page 480.

The above description is made in accordance with the survey
hereinabove mentioned entitled "Final Plan Otto B. Schoenfeld Williams-
burg Park Subdivision #3 Village of Cayuga Heights-Town of Ithaca',
dated August 12, 1968 made by Thomas G. Miller, Engineer and Surveyor,
a copy of which is ;filed in said Clerk's Office on December 27, 1968.
It is understood and agreed that the turn-around circle at the
( westerly extremity of the above described road parcel is temporary
' } and will automatically revert to Arthur A. Prince, his distributees
and assigns, at that time that the road system southerly through his
property is further developed and conveyed to the Town of Ithaca.
This road is known as the westerly extension of Christopher
j Circle'. Said street is apparently to be known as'Christopher Lane. ;3
