of said Town bounded and described as follows: Being that portion of
Burleigh Drive in said Town of Ithaca more particularly shown on a sub-
division map entitled "Williamsburg Park Subdivision No. 4, Burleigh'
Drive Development, Village of Cayuga Heights; and Town of Ithaca" made
by Thomas G. Miller engineer and surveyor under date of October 7, 19699
running from the east line of the Village of Cayuga Heights which is
the west line of the Town of Ithaca, easterly, northeasterly and north—
erly to the south line of the Town of Lansing in parallel lines 60 feet
in width, all as shown on the map above referred to. There is also
herewith conveyed the water mains and hydrants already in existence in
said roadways, together with all the right title and interest of Otto Be
Schoenfeld in the 8-inch sanitary sewer main in Burleigh Drive.
This conveyance is made for'road purposes only.
The above mentioned subdivision map was filed in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office on December 10, 1969.
This deed conveys Burleigh Drive.
