MacNeill, Jr. dated April 7, 1967, as revised, a copy of which
was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office or October 4,
1967 and "BOUNDARY & LOT DATA MAP EASTERN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
SECTION 21' made by John S. MacNeill, Jr., Licensed Surveyor dated
May 7, 1968, as revised, a copy of which was filed in said Clerk's
Office on March 19, 1969.
Being a part of the premises described in a deed to '+
Eastern Heights, Inc. from Margaret B. Backner dated May 299 1967
and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 469 of Deeds at
page285. f

which executed the above instrument; that he knows the seal of
said corporation; that the seal affixed to said instrument is
such corporate seal; that it was so affixed by order of the
