BEGINNING 'at an iron pipe get in the north line of the Poole Road at
a point 765:feet east from the center line of the Sheffield Road; running thence
North 7°East (at right angles to Poole Road), a distance of 350 feet to an iron
pipe; running thence on a-circle to theright, having a radius of sixty feet, to
_ an iron pipe set 66 feet South 83" East from the last mentioned iron pipe; run-
ning thence South 7' West parallel vita and•sixty feet,easterly from the first
` mentioned course, 350 feet to an iron pipe set in the north line of Poole Road;
running thence North 83° West along-the north line of Poole Road, 60 feet to the
place of.beginning.
The aforesaid, premises are conveyed for ROAD PURPOSES only and are in
accordance with a survey made by John A, Dougberty, L.L.S.; dated September 8,
1964,'as last.amended and revised June 6, 1966, entitled "Portion of Drew Park
Subdivision," a copy of which was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office,

(b) To New York Telephone Company, dated.August 8, 1967, recorded in
said Clerk's Office September 14, 1967,, in Liber 471 of Deeds at page 669; and
(c) An easement for electric.distribution lines given by the Grantor
and his deceased wife to the New York State Electric &Gas Corp. by instrument
dated November 13, 1957, -recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber'404 of Deeds
