to the center line of Ppole Road; running thence North 830 West along the center

The aforesaid premises are conveyed for ROAD PURPOSES only'and are more
particularly shown as "Proposed Road" ' on a map entitled "Stage II of Drev Park
Subdivision"made by John A. Dougherty, L.L.S., dated June 10, 1967,. finally revised
July 1, 196$, a copy of which vas filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office July 2
190,,.and a map entitled "Portion of Stage III of Drew Park Subdivision", made by 4
John'A. Dougherty, dated April 6, 1968, revised May 4, 1968, a copy of which map
was filed in said Clerk's Office September 4, 1968 on which said Ivo maps the

The conveyed premises are a part of the premises conveyed to the Grantor
and his wife, Vera C. Drew, by deed of LaMont Fish, dated December 1, 1927, and I
recorded in the said Clerk's Office in Liber 213 of Deeds at page 222. Vera C.
Drew died August 17, 1967, leaving the Grantor as sole surviving Tenant by the
Rntirety.There is also granted herewith the right of use of a circular parcel having
a radius of 60 feet at.the northerly terminus of the aforesaid proposed road for
purposes of a "turn-around", until such time only as-the intersecting east-west
road and.northerlyy extension of the herein conveyed road are dedicated and title
