NOTE: If construction of work in accordance with any approvals given does not commence within
18 months, the approval will egpire.
EXCAVATION INFORMATION
Quantity of material - 14,000 cy.
Fill type - All fill material will be only fill material listed under
N.Y.S.D.E.C. Regulation 16 NYCRR 360-7.1-1(i) I
Fill Source - N.Y.S.D.O.T. Project D256424 Octopus project.
All fill will be trucked to the site and graded with heavy
equipment. The site will be maintained daily as the material
is hauled in.
Silt fence will be installed. along the perimeter of the work area
for erosion control purposes.
After final completion of the project, and adequate growth of
vegetation, the silt fence will be removed.
Final installation of course base material for the parking area
will be delayed until adequate settling of the fill deposit has
occurred. ( 3-4 Months ).
Temporary seeding will be applied immediately following
completion of the fill deposit.
Permanent seeding will be applied as final parking
improvements are conducted.
Final plans for the parking lot improvements are pending,
preliminary estimates for design are as follows :
Approximate 125'x 125' parking area.
1) Compaction of sub -base
2) Installation of geotextile fabric paper barrier.
3) 6" - 8" BRG aggregate base, with compaction.
4) 6" - 8" Crushed stone aggregate topping.

AMENDMENT 1
change's to the south end of the fill deposit are as follows :
The proposed prevailing slope of the south end of the fill deposit
allows for the placement of the material to form an intrinsic slope
along the adjoining parcel. This will be revised to a 3/1 slope to
compliment the north slope, and aid in protection against erosion.
This modification can be identified on SHEET 7 labeled "slope A"
