Chapter 153 (Fees) of the Town of Ithaca Code is amended by renumbering sections 153-14 (Amendments) and 153-15 (Transition provisions) as 153- 15 and 153-16, respectively, and adding a new section 153-14 as follows: “§ 153-14. Noise permits. The application fee for a noise permit shall be $50.” Section 2. In the event that any portion of this law is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected by such declaration of invalidity. Section 3. This local law shall take effect upon its filing with the New York Secretary of State. August 12, 2008
