Ithaca ................................ .................................. as follows: Town SECTION I This law is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Section 467 of the Real Property Tax Law as' amended by Chapter 816 of the Laws of 1980. SECTION II Pursuant to the provisions of Section 467 of the Real Property Tax Law, Section 2 of the Town of Ithaca Local Law No. 2 of 1977, is hereby amended to raise the income limitation provided therein to $9,200. SECTION III This Local Law shall not apply to any taxes assessed prior to the effective date of adoption. SECTION IV This Local Law shall become effective immediately.
