Local Law No. 6 for the year 1986, adopted December 8, 1986, as subsequently amended by Local Law No. 7 of the year 1989, is hereby further amended by adding a new sentence to paragraph I thereof so that paragraph 1, in its entirety, shall read as follows: "I. Effective January 1, 1987, there is hereby imposed a sewer rent payable by all users connected to the Town-wide sewer system at the rate of $.77 per 100 cubic feet of water consumed. Ccminencing effective January 1, 1990, such sewer rent shall be increased to $.85 per 100 cubic feet of water consumed. Ccranencing effective January 1, 1991, such sewer rent shall be increased to $.90 per 100 cubic feet of water consumed.", Section 2. This local law shall take effect January 1, 1991.
