Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the Tamm of Ithaca. as re-adopted,
amended and revised, effective February 26, 1968, and subsequently
amended, be further amended as follows:
1. Article III, Section 7, is amended by deleting the paragraph
beginning "Notwithstanding the foregoing,..." and ending "shall
be increased on each side by ten feet."
2. Article IV, Section 14, is amended by deleting the paragraph
beginning "Notwithstanding the foregoing,..." and ending"...shall
be increased on each side by ten feet."
3. Article V, Section 21, is amended by deleting the paragraph
beginning "Notwithstanding the foregoing,..." and ending
"...shall be increased on each side by ten feet."
Section 2. In the event any portion of this law is declared invalid
by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining
portions shall not be affected by such declaration of invalidity.
