Some . of them have merit and some don ' t , but we need to look at them all . Give them some thought and we ' ll cover as much as possible on the 14th . A . Requests for specific changes in zoning . 1 . Walter Wiggans requests his Danby Road property be re - zoned - - the restaurant area to commercial , remainder to R - 5 , Mobile Home park . 2 . Richard Berggren requested his property on the corner of Coddington Road and Danby Road be re - zoned for light industrial use . Question of eliminating area on Sand Bank Road entirely - - poor topography , no adequate transportation ? 2 . Is the proposed Danby Road area too large ? 3 . Should Mobile Home Zone be a Floating Zone ? 4 . What about other areas of the Town ? a . Expansion of present non - conforming park on Seven Mile Drive ? 4 I - 2 - b . What about West Hill location in vicinity of Hospital ? 5 . Question of Density - - is 8 per acre too many ? 6 . Question on how Ordinance would handle double - wide Mobile Homes , C . Do we need to alter the proposed Agricultural Zone ? D . Should we consider expanding commercial area in vicinity of Hospital ? E . Mr . Vassle urged construction of road on West Hill between West Haven Road and Bundy Road . F . Hwyel White proposal for alternate northern section of Forest Home by - pass . G . Planned unit development . • H . Are we eliminating some land uses presently permitted in R - 30 by making all residential land R - 15 ? I . Mr . Mahr ' s suggestion on traffic patterns - - i . e . - - designa - ting primary - secondary ro6.ds . J . Should we put desirable park areas - - i . e . - - Coy Glen and Lickbrook - - on the map as P - 1 ? K . How do we handle lot size in areas where there is no water and sewer ? L .
