The regular meeting of the Town of Ithaca Planning Board
was held Febuary 17in the `sown of Ithaca offices , 108

Mr . Peter Augustine requested preliminary approval for con-
struction of an electrical equipment repair shop in back of an
existing house at 630 Elmira Rd . The property is within a light

_Trinity Lutheran Churche
Dave Cowan read a letter from the Trinity Luthern Church
on Honness Lane requesting permission to construct a marker
for the church . The marker would be a cross with a stone base
to identify the church . A letter was also presented signed by
all the neighboring people stating that they had no objection
to its construction . Fred Scott made a motion to app
rove this
construction . Bob Christianson seconded the motion and it was
unanimously passed .
The meeting was adjouned at 9045 P • m •
