Upon motion. by Mr . Lacy , seconded by Mr . Schwan and carried by unanimous
vote , it was maxed that the Planning Board recommend to the Town Board
that Robert Scannell , of 1407 Hanshaw Road . bre appointed as a neo mZmber
of the Planning Board to take the place of Richard Perry .

Upon motion by Mr . Vasse 9 seconded by Mr , Schwan and carried by unanimous
vote , 1t was moved that dues in the amoi-mt of $ 25 . 00 be seri to twhe New

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon motion by Mro Schwan g seconded by Mr , Vasse and carried by u.nar. mous
vote , the minutes of the October 69 October 710 October 259 November 15 ,
and December 12 , 1966 meetings were approved as read . Gpon motion by
Mr . Phillips , seconded by Mr . Schwan and carried by unanimous vote , the
minutes of the January 109 1967 meeting were amended to read that a number
of observers ( names unknown ) were present at the public hearing; on the
Ceracche � Petlto development and raised few questions and expressed no
objection to the action of the Planning Board on the matter .

This Public Hearne; was called to order at 8 : 05 P , Ma by Chairman Desch ,
Mrd Talandis preBented the plan with some minor changes from the oragirtal
pian submitted . He presented a site plans plan for water and sewer ,
storm drainage and landscaping . Mr . Talandis also pointed out that there
is a buffer zone between the proposed development and the school , He also
Stated that a single - gamily dwel. lIng will be built , not shown on the
present plan , for the stperin -teadent of the project . There are two
areas for play for young uhildre_n , and the buffer zone will eventually
be developed into a, rec:reaztiona. l area for older children . Mr . Lacy
stated that there is a plan for underground electric transmission lanes ,
Yir . Talandis submitted the landscape plan and stated that there are already
beautiful_ trees in this area , which will be preserved as much as possible .
There is a 6 � - nce: �= ate . line which will be tinr ied over to the Towns along
with the easement: for same It wa.s also pointed out that the sewer will
recuire a. riht of way over property of Otto Schoenfeld .
The original plana shooed the swimming pool in the front , but the buildings
were rearranged somewhat , the plan submitted tonight showing the pool in
-'the rear of the protect , thus providing more privacy .
No persons appeared in opposition to the foregoing , and the hearing was
closed at 8 : 35 Pa M ,

PRINC" �- HCPIESTE .A TERRACE
Mr . Prince has been granted preliminary approval and appeared before the
Board with a revised plan showing water and sewer seeking final approval
of his subdivision plane The road is graded and the gravel is ina The water
and sewer ( City ) are in , inspected and approved . The lots are staked off ,
Mr . Desch stated that the profile of the street should be shown and contlaurs
shofar on the Trap
Upon motion by Mr . Lacy , seconded by Mr . Vasse and carried by unanimous vote ,
final approval of the site plan for the Homestead Terrace Subdivision of
Mr . Prince was granted on the following conditions
la Road and surface drainage contours shown on snap ..
2 . Tot meets and bounds shown on map .
3 . Existing contours of the land shown on map ,
4 . Road right of way at the southwest corner and northwest corner
of Homestead Circle should be a transition between the 50 foot and 60 foot
eight of way .
5 . The radius of the curvature of i: he right of ways should be shown .
This meeting was adjourned at 10 : X30 P . M .
