It was moved by Mr , Phillips , seconded by �ti° ® Vasse and approved by

It was sua7esred that the Planning hoard be submitted witli proposed
eisLricts prior to any public hearings therefore

The 'Town Eoar d has recommended that Hoe;ard Stephenson , as part of
his normal duties work in con ] unCtlon with the Town of Ithaca highway
superintendent to review all proposals for roads e> Setting specifications
for specific roads dependi-np, upon, dif :. ring conditions , Mr . Phillips
had suggested to Mr . Kerr that theise be basis of performance specifi -
cations only , Fie brought out the point that when a road is submitted ,
they can be specific as to )7; rade , amounts of tonnage to be carried ,

Pyr . Vasse raised the question as to whether or not anything was
said at the Town hoard meeting; about Navin ¢ one or two of the 'Tannins
Board Members attend Town Board meetings in order to help cement
relations between the two boards , Mr , 14e3. is replied that this would
