LVicemte pl. f there was easy reason he could not bring in a site plate v'o the Board which would satisfy the people in the neighborhood and also - the members of the Plannlni� Board . 1r1z a Lu6ente agreed to submit a site plan to the . Board as to what he plans to do and what he plans to put on the property , which would include all the lan,d � soaping , Mr . Phillips substantiated the Board s s ' feelings by showing Mi. Lucente pictures of the " barracks " wiwlwh small trees to i4hich many residents objected Niro Lucente had submitted a letter to the Planning board in which he set out the different items he would have pin pointed on the site Plane The Board went over this letter point wa bye poi.nft: and casae to the followir►Z conclusions o 1 . Lucente ' s latter and elaborated upon by the Board Mrs Phillips proposed , seconded by Mr .. Deschq the following resolution which was adopted unanimouslye The basis for the revocation is eliminated when the site plans xe accepted .
