PLANITING BOARD MINUTES

Members present were : Elmer Phillipst Walter Schwan , Noel
Desch , WalterWigginsp Richard Perrys Janes Lacy and Zoning

Also present; were : Mro Rocco Lucente and Ben V . Boyntona
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Elmer
Phillips at 7755 PoMo
The minutes of the May 1111 , 1965 meeting were approved as

He also gave the Board a letter from his Engineer , Carl
Crandall , opposing the resolution adopted by this Board
last month that approximately 1. 50 ' of storm sewer be
provided along the northerly boundary of lot 10 as shown
on the above map . Mre Crandalls alternate suggestion was
for guard posts instead of storm sewers because the sewers
could % possibly become clogged . Discussion on the general
problem and area took place
A motion was made by Noel Desch to reaffirm the previous
requirement that the undergoun.d storm sewer be provided and
in addition that a manhole be provided at the intersection
of the 131, and 300 culverts as shown on the above map .
The motion_ was seconded by falter Schwan and carried
Mr . Lucente requested that the Crandall letter as supplied
and dated 5/29,/65 be filed along with -t-he subdivision
mapp with the Board .
A motion was made by Roel Desch , .seconded by James Lacy
and carried „ -that a 301, culvert along lot 10 be placed
within the road .r. i ht �of = way of Birchwood Drive along
its south edge919
Mir .,. Lueente also left wit= h. the Board a copy of his proposal
to 0ornell UniversJ.cuy regarding his proposed land swap for
apartment puYrposes . No action was taken in -this regard

su =xd visionplan ed June 1964 by T . G . Miller , Engineeto
entitled Boynton Sub �Division which would open :four additional
lots located around a cu'�deasac on the northeasterly side
of Snyder dill Road ( up hill side ) . The Board felt that an
easement should be pr6vided for public sewer possibilities
in the future for lot 90

A motion was moved by Noe ? Desch that the above Ben: Vo

of four roads to be built in the future . iso Compton requests
only approval of this access to Rich Road in order to accommodate
present lot sales and still provide access for future interior
development .

After discussion � a motion was made by Richard Perry ,
seconded by . James Lacy and carried than tae present fruit

A discussion of zoning in general in. •the south hill area
was entered into , but no conclusions were arrived at nor
action tetken ,
