Also present were * Assessor Robert do Wells , Red Fowlers and Victor Bagnardio There was no quorum and therefore no formal meeting was he7. d , Informal discussion took placeo National Cash Register Company Site Plan o biro Fowler and rBagnard � were present with a site plan of the pr ©posed National Cash Register Company sales building . The building will be 501 x 501 and located north of the existing , plant on the Danby Roado The proposed signs are within the require ments of the Zoning Ordinance . The Ordinance requires a ten foot buffer area between an industrial and residential zone and there is a wooded area which will take care of this , The plan was referred to the 'Zoning Committee for further study and recommendation . Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Courts . The Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday September 69 1962 for eonvideration of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance in regard to trailers . They have requested an opinion from the Planning Board on this matter and on the Housing Code . _, Applicable to Mobile Homes and Mobile Rome Courtsg which was presented by Mro Wellso ._ The matter was referred to the Zoning Committee for study and recommendationo The Town Attorney has submitted an opinion that our Zoning Ordinance is illegal in regard to trailers as it makes no brovision for them in the Town . The Board will request that Mr . Newman submit support for his opinion , Amendment of Section 75 and Article IX of the Zoning Ordinance Wells stated that the Town BoaFd will hold a Public Hearing on September 61 1962 on the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Section 75 and Article IX as recommended by the Planning Board . ReZoning of Five Mile Drive Area Mra Newman has stated that an access drive through a residential zone to service an industrial zone would be permissible .
