The meeting; was called to order at 7a45 P . M .
Members present were Chairman Liguorip perry , 1-1ar- ion , Waring ,
and Bruskao
Also present were Mr . Hamilton ,* Zoning Board of Appeals
Mrs . Gook , Mr . David Powers , Mr . Norton , Mr . Robert rowers ,
fir . Shackelton ; Mr . LaSure ; Mr . AinsworthMr . Daugherty *,*
Mr . Bonner ,* Supervisor Boynton
The March S , 1962 minutes were corrected to read " It was
siggested that Mr.. Prince proceed under the provisions of
the Zoning Ordinance . "
Schoenfeld Burleigh Gardens Mr . Hamilton provided site and
p of plans on the new Schoenfeld Burleigh Gardens . The pro --
postal > howed Burleigh Drive as the road to be built and
included all requirements as required by the Zoning Ordinance
as determined by the Zoning Committeea
Motion by Marion and seconded by Perryo Carriedo Upon
recommendation of the Zoning Committee , the Burleigh Gardens
Multiple Dousing Proposal as shown on the site and plot plans
dated March 25 , 1962 , be given final approval- ,,
DrewSub division Proposal Mr . Dau7herty presented a lay
out of the proposed Dreg Sub division on the Poole Road and
explained the general plan and answered questions put .forth
by the Boardo
Motion by Marion and seconded by Perry . Carried Plan of
Drew Parr Sub - division dated April 12 , 1962 be accepted as
preliminary plan with recommendation to proceed to final
plan . Statement of information received .
Franklin Sub � divisiona Appear C . Ainsworth The Zoning
f_ icer presented a layout map o the rank in Sub -division
on which the appeal of Mr . C . Ainsworth is based . Mr . Ains �
worth proposed to build a house on a lot owned by himself
since October , 1958 , but without road frontage . The Zoning
Board requires more information from the Planning Board as
to the feasibility of the Town accepting this Sub -division .
Planning. Board felt that Mr . Franklin should re - present
this Sub -division to the Planning Board amended to conform
to our present Zoning Ordinance . This authority conferred
upon this Board by Town Board as provided by Town Law .
Mr . Ainsworth presented copy of deed from Mr . Franklin
for right - of -way fifty feet wide frrom the end of Far View
Drive , existing , to his lot .

Motion by Bruska and seconded by Waring . Carried , Recommend
that proposed road as shown on map dated Kay r , 1955 ,
Far View Drive , be completed ora performance bond for future
completion and deeding tD Town be provided according to
Town requirements before issuance of a variance for the
Ainsworth appeal from Town Law 280A .

. appear before this Boaard at our next meeting to have his
Sub-division reviewed .
Motion by Marion and seconded by Perry . Carriedo Secretary
directed to contact Mr . D . We Franklin and request he attend
our next meeting to discuss Franklin Estate Sub-divisipn
dated May 10 , 1955 . This request in accordance with pro �-
visions. of Town Law 276 .
Addition to the Tom kips County Professional Buildin
Mr . Liguorl read a letter from Dr . irsfi " e d regarding a
possible elevation change on the new addition 4: o the Tomp �
kips County Professional Building
Motion by Perry andseconded by Bruska . Carried . Minor
alteration as outlined in letter be accepted ,
General Plan of the Ithaca Area - Mr . Bonner outlined the
possiBle, ways HHU explainea the financing for a revision
of the General Plan of the Area . The relationship of this
plan. to the Town of Ithaca was dise .Assed and this Board felt
that . t4iis type of plan was feasible as in effect now in the
Town ,
Meeting adjourned at 10 : 20 P . I4 .
