Also present : Supervisor Boynton , Mr . Emerson , Mr . H . Hamilton , Mr . LaSure , Mr . Chapman , 14r . Fogelsanger , and Mr . Johnsons Meeting called to order at 7 : 40 P . M . by IzIarion . Minutes of the November 9 , 1961 meeting ap _- roved after correction of item dealing with Section 21 . November 9t" minutes now to read Article Z , number 21 of definitions referred to Zoning Committee . Discussion opened on question of trailers in the Town and the Town ' s zoning in regard to trailers . The Planning Board would like an expression of the feeling on the Zoning -nom Board of Appeals on this subject * Mr . Wiggins expressed the feeling that he was not in complete agreement with -the letter received by this Board from Mr . Newman regarding the legal aspects of our Ordinance and trailers . Motion by Wiggins and seconded by Waring . Carried . That no action as to an ordinance L-mendment or adopting of a trailer ordinance to be taken at this time because the matter in no way seems pressing at this time . Mr . Hamilton , Attorney , presented a proposal of the LaSure � A Construction Company regarding apartment construction on part of the Collins property or, Warren Road . Tentative plot plan plus building layouts were presented and discussed . The rezoning request to Multiple Residence as received by the Town Board was discussed . The area involved includes 150 feet frontage on Warren �Road , approximately 435 feet deeps with a definite possibility that additional frontage will be added on Warren Road directly south of the proposed area . Collins will be retaining approximately 300 feet `darren Road frontage . The area is now Rd15 zone . Total of 50 family units in ten buil ' ings being, proposed as least possible economically . Rent range of $ 120 to $ 130 per month utilities extra . Possible maximum of 60 children estimated by Board , but company maintains fewer children could be expected because occupancy would be somewhat tra : isient in nature with largest units raving only two bedrooms . The :seed for and provision of play areas discussed . Requirements of Section 78 of Ordinance was discussed . The reeds the future character of the neighborhood , and the Comprehensive Pian of tl-: e Town . An estimate given that these units would mean approximately . $ 4500 . 00 per year increased revenue ( tax ) for the `' own . Mr . LaSure and i-lr . Liguori requested that the Board be furnished a copy of the agreement with Collins at the time , hen. the Site Plan_ is presented to this Board for action . Mr < E . Johnson sub - mitted letter objection to the proposal anti read same , as signed by four residents of the area . T--lotion by Vasse and seconded by berry . Carried . Planning Board recommends that Town Board revtone the area Multiple Residence as requested accordin to preliminary plot plan received dated 10/10/619 project #149 , and includir_�; additional area discussed and labeled 11291 on said plot plana Discupsion of the Pharmacy sign on the Professional .Building on . Trumausburg Road opened . 111 . Emerson staked that the Executive Committee; of the Northwest Civic Association is c not in 4favor of the sign remaining on subject building and that the' it objection is based mainly on the failure , of res onsible persons to originally gain approval and permission as required by the Zoning Ordinance prior to the original . e'rection of the sign . _ 14r . Emerson also presented a letter . objecting to the sign , s gned '`l.by seven Bundy Road residents . After a 'lengthy discussion , a motion was made , but not carried disapproving the sign and allowing six month , for removal of samen Motion by Wiggins and second by Perry . Carried . One abstain . Planning Board approve subject sign as now located and direct that this sign shall not be illuminated at aight any latep than the closing hour of the Drug Store . T�lr . Mra 'Wig. ; ins reported for the Zoning Com:aittee on Article 1 , number 21 , df definitions of the Zoning Ordinance and the -Secretary directed to draft a resolution for consideration at next meeting regarding this subject .
