Also presents Mro Emerson , Supervisor Boynton , I-1inutes of the previous meeting were approved . After discussion by the Board , a motion was made by Mr . 41arion and seconued by Mr . Wiggins , and carried . Recommend to the Town Board that the proposed apmendment of Article IX of the Zoning Ordinance with noted changes by the Planning Board , and after being reported on by the Zoning �Board4 be adopted ; included herewith . After discussion by . the Board on the proposed Ordinance ammendment re " undersize lots of deed record " as suggested laoct r:7eeting , and after being advised by the Zoning Officer that there have , been only two instances since the adoption of the revised Ordinance that have required Zoning Board of dLppeals action , the Board decided that no action was indicated As necessary at this time * The Board was advised by Mr . Liguori that Dr . DeProsse had called him to advise that Mr . ��merson would be present at this meeting res, the .gooks Drug Store sign on. the Tompkins bounty Professional Building . Mr . �nerson requested - confirTaation by the hoard as to the status of� this sign and was advised that the sign was not included in the site plan as approval for this development . For the record , there is evidence that the sign has been lighted at night ; also for the uecord , this Board felt that . since a Drug Store is a permitted use in a Business District A zone that any legals standardproducts normally sold in this type of, store were allowable in this store , Mr . Emerson advised that he was present as a representative of t'he N , wo Civic Association Executive Oommittee only and that the general public of the N . W . area had not been con tacted by the Executive Committee , He also indicated that it was felt that any objection would be on the sign only and not on the Drug . Store as such , After discussion by the Board , it was decided that this Board does have power.' t.o approve or disapprove 'a revised Ate plan , 146tion by . The ratter was also referred to the Regional Planning Board for study and adrrise, all costs incurred -to be charged to the Town by motion from Vasse and seconded by Waring and carried . NOTE : Only those costs over and above those normally assumed by the Regional Planning Board , Mr . V' asse advised that it is felt t1lat there may be a need: for Trailer type Residences in the Torun , ot7 on b ':ei igEin.s , and seconded. by Bruska , and carried . Request sows. Board secure a legal opinion as to the advis � ability and legality of our Ordinance prohibiting Mobile Homes and trailer courts , within the Town , without malking any provision at all for their used QuestiQn of filling a vacancy created by the resignation of Mr . Phillips on this Board was discussed . No action . Mrb Liguori advised of the receipt of a letter from the Regional Board which outlined the Law and specified the re - quirements regi rdina conduct of this Board with regard to new Law on zoning changes contemplated within 500 feet of other munici -oal :O. ties and other specified places -Tre Liguori suggested that this Board familiarize :�:tself with and study our Town General Sewer Plan at our next meet ing . For the records, Dire Liguori advised of receipt of a letter from Tire Adams , Attorney for the Odd Fellows on Tiq:mans � . burg Road on the zoning of their property at this location .
