At he request of Mr ., :Boynton , the Board discussed
the possibilities of changing the Zoimag Ordinarce to better
control the use of undersi, ed Lots of deers record which do

but which may be used as building lots under the provisions
of the Ord nancea Mr . Boynton pointed out tln.vt in some
instances , this results Ln a lot out of character with the
other lots in ti•~i.e neighborhood . He suggested that, it might
be worth while to establish a date some tune in the future
beyond which such lots would no longer be legal for build---
ing purposes unless additional land is obtained to meet the
Zoning Ordinance requirements , It was suggested that; the
extent of the problem needs clar .i .1 i cation and 14r . ?'h+ llips
asked that Mr . Robert Wells , Zoning, Officer $ submit , to mthe
Planning Board a map showing the location of such existing
lots so that we might determine the scope of the problem .
Mr . Phillips surfun.- ized the recent activities of the
Regional Planning Board and Planning Staff o He indicated

that Cornell University has reviewed proposals of the
Regional Planning Staff for improvements in the road patterns
in the Forest Home area and has rade several suggestions
for change o The Regional Staff will again review the road
pattern to determine whether or not improvements can be rade
in the present plan . It was suggested that; the Forest Home
Civic Association be consulted frequently in connect- ion with
the proposals .
The Chairman requested that the Town Staff Compile
all amendments to the Zoning Ordinance since its ado -� tion
i. n April , 1951 fo that such amendments may be annexed to the
existing Ordinance pamphlets
Mr " Perry reported that he has received a comm
plaint in connection with the use of a residential lot
( Percy E . Brown ) , at 1433 Trumansbu-rg Road as a cur paint
shop , It is suggested that the Zoning Officer look into the
lot use to determine whether o _. .. not it violates tlnle prc �
visions of the Zoning Ordinance ,
