MD The minutes of the June 8 , 1961 meeting were approved , Miro Kassman presented a drawing showing the " Brooks Pharmacy °' sign on the Tompkins County Professional Building . � A^ I41r . Vasse commented on neighbors views which were that it would look better down lower * Mr . Liguori commented on the " over lighting at night " of the building itself * Mr Phillips made a motion that it be tabled and allow two months for the sign to be commented on by the public . If comments itr have a Public Hearing , and if not , take action to h"ve it approved . Seconded by Vasse . Carried , Mrs . Volfe and DIr . Miller presented their Sub- divisior. - plan -and asked final approval . Mr . Miller expressed opin� ion that it is doubtful if the surface water drainage prob � 7 ' • lem on DuBoice Road is as a result of the Wolfe road and dictches . This is and always has been a wet area . Verified also by Terry who has worked the area by tractor * Mr . VIells and biro Florey gave verbal opinions that a new problem has not been created in the area . Initially.* approved from the Trumansburg Road east to the PoerbLinem A motion was made by Phillips and seconded by Vasse . Carried ,, Due to the fact that both P4 * Morey and IIra Miller indicate that a new drainage problem does (.) ot seem to have - been crew ated in this area , the Planning r3.oerLvd gives final approval to the ;Iolfe Sub -Division from Truimansburg �easterly th the Power Line and existing cul4de ® sec upon being informed by Mrs . ':lolfe that any water problems which are shown to be created by the Sub �Division will be corrected by lisirs . `. dolfe within reason . Liguori opened public hearing and Tesented the ,Iinston� Salem Sub �Division plan and explained it as follows ; Lots i' 37 through ;`,'41 are reduced to 100 foot frontage with t' ' -F' age 2 July 13 , 1961 Planning Board Hinutes ( cont o ) the same depth . Lot 429 #4402 Jinston is no 132 foot front - age with the same depth . Any apartment house on Lot 42 will have a side yard of 4-3 foot minimum . Carried , The Winston- Salem Sub -Division amendment as shown or r: 1, dated July 12 , 1961 and effecting Lots 37 through42 is approved . Mr . VIells reported on the 'gown Board action taken on three proposed Zoning amendments . _ Mr .
