Iii ller , Mr , Schickle , Mr , Light public lietAring was called to order at 7030 P , M'Ie olfe :pub -Division off t-a.e Truman;; burg road - Certificates presented by Iir , Liguori , �- Deed - okay xc;t� Review of Dedication - not complete , obut okay ' d. by Attorney Newman Ownership - okay Drainage and Streets - ok <. y Health Department - `:.tater and Sewer a okay Miro Lunger of the DuBoice Road stated that residences on the DuBoice Road are getting alot of surfsce waters He traced At during the ladt rain to the new ilolfe Road , He said it was coming from drainage ditches . It was suggested that Mfr . Morey look the drainage situation over , A motion was made by Mr . Vasse , seconded by I-Ir ;blaring , and • carried giving ttiis Sub - Division final approval pending inspection by I{Tr , I-iorey and subject to correction of the drainage problem effecting the residences of DuBoice Road , Advise Mr , MIorey to contact and show Mir , Lunger upon satis - factory correction of this problem , Planning Board also requires two copies of plan on cloth , one for the Manning Board and one to be filed with the County Clerk , Schickle Sub -Division off the Danby Raad - CertificatesS'cc6 -- presented by Mir , Liguori , a-u. State r of Information - okay Application for .later and Sewer - okay Certificate of Street and Drainage m okay e Certificate of Review of Dedication - subject to mort - gage , but okay ' d by attorney Newman Ownership and Dedication - okay Letter of Transmittal - okay Mr , . Newman is to have signatures acknowledged by Mr . No H . Schickle and Mr . Smith and also the release of pact of mortgage signed and delivered to Mr . Newman . Mr . Owlett asked what the proposal is . Mr . Liguori presented a history of the Sub -Division and ex� . plained lot sizes and previous ... ., , -rov :ls under whl ch the original construction was accomplished . This Sub - Division was started prior to passage of pr. esedt ordinance ... Mr . Liguori stated that as it is now , Sub� Divide .rs as a rule do not advise the Board ahead of time when they will present plans , so unless we require this in the Sub -Division Regulam tions , we wouldn ' t know ahead of time . • Mr . Light stated that Ithaca College has no objection to the proposal . The variances were explained by 14r . Liguori . Hr Liguori explained the Health Den rtment set -up which has governed the sewage permits issued to date on Savey lots . One building owned by Davey now being used for apartments to rent . Corson would like to see the Ordinance up -graded in the area of the apartments . Hr . ':+ iggins explained set -up - of the Ordinance and the intent of the Board in setting up the R-15 zone . Is it economically feasible ? Vorthview set -up was explained . Hr . Cotts suggeated a larger minimum area for lots tt :! have houses with an apartment . Mr . Corson questioned deed restrictions existing on his lot , but which weren ' t carried through on Cavey ' s . . The Board suggests that this group return to the Board with suggestions after they ht ...ve a neighborhood meeting . Mr . Lucente asked for approval on lots 37 , 389 399 40 , 41 for 100 foot lots insteFA of 105 foot lots as previo :1sly setup . Lot 42 will be 132 foot frontage and any apart - ment house will be 43 feet from the line . • Mr Liguori asked the reason . A motion was made by Bruska , seconded by Mr . Ilari. on , and carried to hold a Public Hearing on July 13 , 1961. at 7030 P . M .
