the Toarn and indicated that most major areas of the Town have already
been studied to some extent , considerable money has been spent on this

without duplication , but with a definite set of objectivean maps and

Indicated importance of Citizens Participation in this phase of

ion made that furthur study be made and the Map developed before It was
determined what furthur action the Board should take ,,

Liguori= After discussion by members : Monthly reports are requested
by the Planning Board from the Regional Staff , and the Board will
act as a Committee of the whole in studying these projeetso
Boynton= Discussed tentative request of Board of Smpervisors in ask=
ing Town to pay $ 600 . 00 yearly for use of the County Courthouae ,
It was generally felt that the Town helps pay for Courthouse thru
taxes and that the Official Boards should be allowed the use thereof
The idea of a Town Hall was discussed and since it was felt that it
might be desirable aad/or necessary the Committees appointed prey®
