Mr . Harry N . Gordon
Trumar. sburg Road
Ithaca , New York
Dear Harry .
Leland Weaver is the owner of a large farm
just south of the Inlet Valley School , lying on both
sides of the Ithaca -Newfield State Highway .
At the present time , as I understand , this
entire frontage as well as neighboring properties , are
zoned residential , although of course in the immediate
• vicinity is a nursing home , McGuire Gardens Store , sev -
eral motels , etc .
Mr . Weaver is very desirous that consideration
be given as promptly as possible to rezoning this area
to permit use for motel , as well as for private resi -
dences or apartments .
Very truly yours ,
Allan H . Treman
