The minutes. of the March meeting were approved . 1e The Board heard details of a Zoning Board of Appeals ' case con- cerning property at 1031 Hinshaw Road , presently owned by Sheldon and Eleanor Smith , The case was referred to the Planning Board be ® cause the Board of Appeals felt that the awolicati_ on for ' variance s±xbmi vted by the Smiths involved a basic principle -which.
