Present : Watson , .Vasse ', Phillips , . Hurst , Liguori , Boynton , Gordon , Phil Wallick ,

Minutes -of last meeting read and accepted .
Wn ' ton Drive subdivision was discussed with Harry Baker , .T'own `Highway Superintendent .
He said that he will prove plans only if he gets ` a statement from Rocco Lucente and
other property owners that the Town will not be held liable . for -any flooding caused by
the Winston subdivision . Mr . Baker said that easements should be obtained from all
-property owners all the ' way down the stream . He said that if they, would approve the
Crandall drainage pls:n , then he would - approve the plans . ,
Harry Baker is . to be asked to look carefully at the ' report of Carl Crandall concerning
drainage and . say whetter or not the - pipe size should be . inc 'reased for pipes under Muriel
Street - and Tareyton Ttrive * John Miller is to look at. report to approve Warren Road plans .
- 1t was moved by Liguori and seconded . by Phillips that the road through from Winston sub
division to Hanshaw' Road should be dedicated to the ' Town for an . exit .from the nekJsub-
division for safety a.nd convenience of all residents . of the area .
It was moved by Liguori and seconded. by Phillips that the preliminary plan of T . H . Parker
off Northview Road , be accepted as ' submitted after the drainage pattern is approved by
Harry Baker . Parker 'is to proceed with final plans for submission to the Planning Board . 1ss `
- It was reported that Atlantic . Refining has not been able to get final plans together as yet .
'w The Board felt . that any final recommendation of change of Zoning Classification for the
Warren-Hanshaw area should await a report by the Regional Planning Board .
It was reported by Hurst that everyone in the Five-Mile : Seven-Mile Drives area had been
contacted with the ' ey:ception of Prince and Sidenburge reporte the an to develope
light a lt industrial area is meeting favor with everyone he talkes with . The Board dis
cussed the advisability of increasing Limited Commercial use areas within the district .
Mr . Parsons is to be employed to investigate the possibility -of making the South Side of
Elmira Road into a Limited Commercial. site .
A- reportof . the later, and Sewer ' Services meeting oP7the Regional, Planning Board was made
by Liguori . He . said that the City was adament in its attitude toward any extension of
services through 'a . county plan . The representatives of the City feel that *the City should
bear no cost of studies ' of possible extension of . water and sewer services . The Village of
Cayuga Heights is willing to - extend sewer service wherever: practical . It was the general
feeling that a, coordinated county system is not practical at this . time Gordon reported that
the Town Board would. .take action tomorrow an asking the City and Cornell what their policy
is on extension of water and sewer .services .
The re-zoning of the property of George Ideman on Mitchell Street Exte soon was discussed .
It is now in the hands of. the Town Board for re-zoning .
