Supervisor Schwan called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. [H
PETITION - RESIDENTS OF PINE TREE RQAn
of residents of Pine Tree Road presented a petition
seSent ^ include thatsegment from Slaterville Road to Ellis Hollow Road in the nronosed
construction of the Forest HoSe S-P^^^well as the segment from Ellis Hollow Road to Warren Road.

^ t By-pass and with Cornell University with respectI't is the intent of the Town Board to set up ameeting wiwh the County Plsiiner, Mr, Liguori to resolve questions of
exactly where the proposed route of the by-pass will go. Supervisor
Schwan requested the support of the petitioners in negotiations with
Mr, Liguori. Tho Town CJerk was requested to have copies of the
petition made and make thsm available for use by the petitiohars-and
the Town Board in its negotiations with the County. ' ^
Mrs. Ruth DeWire offered the services of the residents of Pine Tree
Road and Honness Lanq/xb take traffic counts if necessary. Super- „
visor Schwan thanked Tier for the offer ehd said he would take them
up on it when and if necessary.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Couhcilman Desch; seconded by Supervisor Schwan,
RESOLVED, that the minutes of the Annual and Audit meeting of
December 31> 1971 be approved as presented.
Unanimously carried.

REFUNDS CfK TAX ASSESSMENTS ^9
Six parcels were considered for refunds of tax assessments:
William B. Wolf, 228 Renwick Drive, parcel 17-3-14. The Board
favored a refund on this parcel, with the provision that Mr. Wolf
additional parcel with his other

Glen Road, was denied since it appears the parcel has water available
to it.
The request of C.A. James, 918 East Shore Drive, parcel 18-2-7.1

Supervisor Schwan, following up on digqussion of bonds Ijeld at theDecembej 31, 1971 meeting of the Board, explained thsit he ha4 dis-
cusse<i the; matter with the Boothroyd Insurance Agency and that our
bonds cover annual income which the Town receives to cover cost of

Marion Morey, Highway Superintendent, said the Highway Department hasJan old Lorain shovel, built arid purchased in 1948, and suggested that
the Town Board corisider advertising it for sale.
Motion by Supervisor Schwan, seconded by Councilman Powers#
RESOLVED, that the Highway Superiiitendeht be authorized to advertise
the sale of a Lorain shovel and to receive bids for same, the Town
ipsserving the right to reject any or all bids,
