Supervisor ' s Report
Sale ; Tar Credit _- Town of Ithaca
Supervisor Desch reported that the Sales Tax credit for 1983
e ; ^ cads the amount for 1982 , in spite of the recession and reduces
our overall tax increase to 2 . 1E from the roughly 6 increase
projected . The proposed Newsletter spells this out and he was
cco fident. that the people of the Town will be very pleased with our
eff. c r "ts to accomplish this cost control without curtailing our on -
goi. ncl prograrils of essential_ services .
