OCTOBER 28, 1992
The Lansing Town Board met in Special Session at the Lansing
Town Hall board room at 7 : 00 P.M. with Supervisor Kirby presiding.
ROLL CALL
Jeannine Kirby Supervisor Present
Herbert Beckwith Councilman Present
Paul Butler Councilman Absent
Jeffrey Cleveland Councilman Present
Larry Tvaroha Councilman Absent
Bonita Boles Town Clerk Absent
Richard Thaler Town Attorney Absent
The Supervisor called the meeting to order and took the Roll
Call .
VISITORS: Dennis Griffen, Jack Ettinger, Dave Beckley, Steve
Colt and Phil Winn.
A discussion was held between the Town Board and the Fire
Commissioners regarding an exchange of services between the two
governments .
Phil Winn presented the Town Board with all the necessary
credentials required for the Town Board to accept Phase I in the
Cayuga Highlands subdivision owned by Mrs . Kim. Discussion was had
and the Town Board made the following resolution:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr . Cleveland and seconded by Mr .
Beckwith:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town hereby accepts the road
designated as Waterview Heights Road and the southern most portion
of Smuggler ' s Path running from Waterview Heights Road to the
property line of a subdivision known as Cayuga Lake Highlands ,
subject to the provisions for a one year guaranty of workmanship
1110 and materials in said roads .

On motion, meeting adjourned at the call of the Supervisor at
8 : 45 P.M.
