PLEASE NOTE: The primary purpose of the Town Board Work Session is to be
informational/educational for the benefit of the Board Members. Public comment will be
taken at the regular meetings when the items are scheduled on the agenda.
Meeting Time: 6:00 pm—9:45 pm
Town Board Members Present:
Kathy Miller, Supervisor
Katrina Binkewicz, Councilperson
Robert Cree, Councilperson
Ruth Hopkins, Councilperson
Edward LaVigne, Councilperson
Absent: None
Also Present: Sharon Butler Bowman, Deputy Supervisor, Guy Krogh, Town Attorney,
Jack French Highway Superintendent, John O'Neill, Village of Lansing, Dan Veaner,
Lansing Star, Ted Laux, Dan Konowalow and Marcy Rosenkrantz.

Renovations to the Historical Records Building
Local Law#3 of 2013 Imposing a 12 Month Extension of Local Law#1 of 2012 Entitled
"Moratorium and Prohibition within the Town of Lansing of High-Impact Industrial
Uses, Including Natural Gas and Petroleum Exploration and Extraction Activities,the
Underground Storage of Natural Gas and the Disposal of Natural Gas or Petroleum
Extraction,Exploration, and Production Wastes."

Supervisor Kathy Miller moved to ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS
PERSONNEL ISSUES AT 9:05 PM. Councilperson Ruth Hopkins seconded the motion.
All AYE.
EXIT EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Supervisor Kathy Miller moved to EXIT EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 9:44 PM.
Councilperson Katrina Binkewicz seconded the motion. All AYE.
With no further business to discuss the meeting ended at 9:45 pm.
Notes were taken by Kathy Miller, Supervisor and executed by the Deputy Town Clerk.
