Discussion of the March 20 Town Board re OSCP presentation and further action if necessary A public hearing was held on the OSCP. Only 1 positive comment was recorded. Passage of a resolution approving the OSCP plan will await some procedure documents being approved. 3. Review of resolution creating the CAC and begin discussion of future efforts, continued. The issue of easements and how to proceed was discussed. A presentation by the FLT will be arranged when most CAC members will be available. An idea of a dedicated website for information on all the types of easements was received favorably. IT issues for this type of site may need to be addressed. Further discussion will be needed to develop a priority list related to the implementation possibilities found in the OSCP. This would then be forwarded to the Town Board for their approval. Significant actions may be delayed awaiting the gap analysis being done by Collier with regard to the zoning and the 2018 town plan. 4. Review of the Climate Smart Communities Information is still lacking on past efforts of the Town regarding the Climate Smart Communities program. The issue of the HVAC system for the Town Hall was noted as this seemed to be a project that could fit state funding. A meeting with Pat Tyrrell will be scheduled to see what has been done. Depending on the outcome of that meeting, a meeting with Cooperative Extension may be appropriate. 5. On May 9th, the county Environmental Management Council will hold a information session at Stewart Park at 4 PM. CAC members are invited to attend. 6.
