Chair Al Fiorille opened the meeting at 6:30pm.
Action Items:
Project: Lot Line Adjustment
Applicant: Elizabeth A. Strauf, owner
Location: 95 Goodman Rd, Tax Parcel Number 20.-1-8.28
Project Description: The applicant proposes a lot line adjustment of 1.027acres from the
—3.4-acre lot, to the adjacent property owner. The property is in the AG Zone.
SEQR: This is a Type II action under SEQR 617.4 environmental review.
Anticipated Action: Consideration and authorization for Director of Planning to approve lot line
adjustment

unanimously.

• The Planning Board discussed the consolidation and size of the Lot Line Adjustment and
authorization for the Planning Director to approve the Lot Line Adjustment

Applicant: Kristin Gutenberger, owner's agent
Location: 178 Sweazy Rd, Tax Parcel Number 23.-1-23.2
Project Description: The applicant proposes to subdivide a —69.56-acre lot from the
—93.65-acre parent lot. The property is in the L1 Zone.
SEQR: This is an unlisted action under SEQR 617.4 environmental review.
Anticipated Action: Set Public Hearing
Summary of Discussion:
• Kristin Gutenberger was present to discuss this project.
• The Planning Board discussed the subdivision and set a Public Hearing for
December 18, 2023
Other Business:
• Carrie Koplinka-Loehr and Karen Edelstein of the Conservation Advisory Council
answered questions on the Draft Lansing Open Space Conservation Plan
• Joe Wetmore gave a liaison report from the November 15, 2023, Town Board meeting.
o Incoming Town Board members will decide on new applicant appointments for
Planning and Zoning Board
• Deb Trumbull gave a report on the Parks Recreation and Trails Committee
• The Planning Board discussed required training going into the new year
