Chair Al Fiorille opened the meeting at 6:35pm.

Action Items:
Review and Recommendation — RA / AG Zoning District update final draft referral under
Town Code 270-57(Al
Summary of Discussion:
• The Planning Board reviewed the RA/AG Zoning map and documents.
• The Planning Board made several recommendations for changes.
Other Discussion
• The Planning Board discussed the Emilie Jonas Trail and potential easements from the property
owner.
• The Planning Board will be eliminating the working meeting for the foreseeable future.
