23 Chair Al Fiorille opened the meeting at 6:29pm.

30 Applicant: Rocco Lucente, owner; Tim Buhl, engineer
31 Location: Village Solar, Tax Parcel numbers 39.-1-38.8, 39.-1-38.11, 39.-1-38.13, 39.-1-38.16
32 Project Description: The applicant proposes the demolition of four (4) existing apartment
33 buildings, #21, #88, #96, . The applicant proposes the construction of 138 multifamily
34 units within six (6) apartment buildings. The project is located in PDA 1 —Village Circle//Village
35 Solar.
36 SEQR: This is a Type I action under SEQR 617.4 (b) (9) and is subject to environmental review.
37 Anticipated Action: SEQR EAF Part 2 & Findings, Decision on Site Plan

40 • Rocco Lucente and Project Engineer Tim Buhl were present to discuss this project.
41 • The Planning Board discussed the Town Engineer's concerns.
42 • The Director of Planning discussed a concern with water metering for Bolton Point.
43 • The Planning Board discussed a concern over the visibility of the numbering on the buildings
44 creating a safety hazard for emergency services.
45 • Next steps:
46 o Complete SEAR.
47 o Town Planner will review the Town Engineer's comments.
48 o The Applicant will submit a utility plan
49 • The Planning Board has agreed that they will hold a special meeting in order to move this
50 project along.

56 chosen to conduct the Traffic Impact Study.
